What We Do

 Our Continuum of CarE - FL-504CoC

The V/F CoC plans, develops, and implements comprehensive and coordinated strategies to address homelessness in Volusia/Flagler County. 


The Volusia/Flagler Continuum Of Care  provides housing and supportive services to families and individuals that are at risk of homelessness or are currently experiencing 

​homelessness in Volusia and Flager Counties.
